Terry has over 20 years experience in mineral exploration in Canada, Mexico, Colombia and the US. From 2007 to 2010 he was Chief Geoscientist for Nayarit Gold, which was been taken over by Capital Gold Corp. Prior 2007, Terry spent three years at Linear Gold (later was known as Brigus Gold and taken over by Primero Mining) in the dual position of Chief Geoscientist and Manager of Investor Relations. Terry also severed as a director for a number of TSX venture companies. Terry has a Ph.D. in Geochemistry and a BSc. (Hons) in Geology from the Department of Earth Sciences, Memorial University of Newfoundland.

Mr. MacEachen is a chartered accountant and consultant with over 25 years of experience with publicly-listed companies. Mr. MacEachen’s experience in the mining industry has included executive and director positions with producing, developing and junior exploration companies, including Franco-Nevada, Aur Resources, Brigus Gold (formerly Linear Gold), Avalon Rare Metals and Linear Metals (now Stockport Exploration).

Mr. MacEachen earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from St. Francis Xavier University (1986).

Norman Eyolfson is a marketing and communication specialist currently working as the VP of Marketing for Fluid Mobility, a Toronto based software developer. During the past 18 years Mr. Eyolfson has undertaken wide range of roles in the public markets from Investor Relations to Corporate Development. He has served on many Boards including most recently Asher Resources, now Drone Delivery Canada(FLT.CSE) and Otis Gold Corp. (OOO.TSXV) and he is currently the President and CEO of CT Developers Ltd. (DEV.H.TSXV).

Prior to co-founding First Canadian Capital Markets Ltd., Jason was the founder/owner of Acovest Financial Services Inc., a wholly integrated financial services company. Most recently, Jason played an integral role in the organization of two capital pool companies listed on the TSXV, the Leadership Fund Inc. and the Endurance Fund Corp. Jason is a principal of First Canadian Capital Markets, overseeing the firm’s day to day operations and capital initiatives.
