Zonte is participating in Project X via a 25% carried interest with a private company, Southern Sky, who has secured a five year option deal. Zonte has a 25% carried interest in the option to a production decision. Zonte has completed numerous due diligence visits to the project and helped secure the option agreement. Southern Sky is actively exploring the property and completing a NI 43-101 with the objective of listing on the TSXV during the Fall of 2020.
